Do you know how wonderful you are? 

I mean, do you have an experience inside of you of being wonderful? l I'm not talking about when you look in the mirror, I'm talking about just throughout the course of the day.

Do you have thoughts and feelings of…”I feel wonderful…I feel great”?  And you have this wonderful feeling that you are fabulous. 

If you don’t, then here’s what I want you to do this week. First, remember:

Happiness is an inside job. Then, I want you to embrace how wonderful you are. Let it in - how wonderful you are. And just let it sit there.

Let it sit there, and when the thoughts are, “You’re not wonderful, you’re an idiot – you’re a jerk!”, you just bypass those voices and get to sit with how wonderful you ARE…and how wonderful your life IS.
