A few years ago, I read a quote from a German philosopher named Meister Eckhart. He lived hundreds of years ago, and was clearly a very spiritual person. He said, “If there's any prayer that you say throughout the course of the day, let that prayer be ‘thank you’.” I loved that idea! Now, when I get ready to go to sleep at the end of the day, I put my head down and I say, “Thank you.”

And then, I heard that Albert Einstein said ‘Thank You’ a thousand times throughout the course of his day! And since Einstein also said, “The measure of intelligence is the ability to change”, I figure I need to elevate my game and increase that one to just a few more...what do you think?

There are always reasons to be thankful. They may be hard to find sometimes, but they’re there! So, if there is something you want to say throughout the course of the day, any prayer at all that you want to say – have it be “thank you”.

Thank you! See you next week.
