OK, it’s like this: think of your body as your hardware. The space between your ears contains the software – the part that makes everything go. If that’s the case, then you want to make sure your software is programmed so that it fits you – so that it works for you.

They say eighty percent of the thoughts you had today, you also had yesterday…and most of them are negative. Well if that's the case, what you need to do - what I need to do - what we ALL need to do - is reprogram the software!

So, how you do that? Affirm your day! Begin to talk to yourself in a positive way. Begin to reprogram your thoughts so you can begin to have and be and do…what it is that you want to have and be and do!

Reprogram the program! That’s our job this week…and maybe for the rest of our life! OK? All right! Game On!!
