Leadership Academy is a traveling university that comes to you. Directors, Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders participate in a year long course that meets for one full day (8:30 am to 4:30 pm) every two months covering seven topics.
During the two month period between each session, a book will be required for mandatory reading. The book will be reviewed and discussed at the beginning of the next session. (In order to best customize your sessions, your book recommendations are essential.)
To minimize interruptions, off-site classes are highly recommended. A continental breakfast (7:45 am) and catered lunch for the participants during each session is also suggested.
