Do you live in fear? Do you have anxiety? It’s very possible that if you’ve got a lot of fear and anxiety going on in your life, you’re consuming too much news.
Think about it. What kind of information are you getting from the news? The old saying “If it bleeds, it leads” is still in practice. Everything is based on catching your attention and involving you in a negative way. “The end of the world is imminent – tune in tomorrow at 5, 6 and 10 and we’ll tell you exactly when and how to prepare yourself and your family!”
My recommendation: ease up from the news on your phone…ease up from the news on the TV…ease up from the newspaper front page. The sky is not falling, the world is NOT coming to an end by the end of the week.
Life is wonderful! Look around. Most people are focused on working hard, getting a paycheck, buying food, sharing a wonderful meal with family and friends, having a great day every day. That’s what life's about!
