The only gift you can give to someone is working on yourself. What does that mean? It means that if you’re willing to work on yourself, and you become kinder, and more thoughtful of all those around you, and more productive, focused and disciplined, those improvements will serve not only you, but all those around you too. You will become a better co-worker, manager, owner, spouse, parent, sibling...think about it!
I LOVE that statement: “The only true gift you can give to someone else is working on yourself.”
This week, let's work on ourselves a little bit. Just a little bit...just a little bit. So that we can get better and better and better. And do it a little bit at a time...before you know it, it’s going to become second nature. And then you will be a better parent, sibling, child, co-worker, owner, manager, supervisor.
Now that’s a GREAT gift!
