Take a deep breath in…and then out. And you release that stress and release that anxiety through that deep breath.
Think about it: what’s usually the first thing to go when you’re under stress? Your breathing! You’re either so stressed and anxious that you’re ready to hyperventilate, or you’re holding your breath and you don’t even realize it.
Now, let’s try it again. Stop…focus.
In breath…and then, aaaahhhh. Deep breath in…and let it out. Aaaahhhh…

It’s part of what’s called “mindfulness” – you’re turning your focus inward, and away from whatever it is that’s stressing you out in the moment. See what happens!
