Teamwork is essential for any successful team. Hard-working teams realize other departments and divisions need a hand now and then and are supportive of that cause. they also realize for the organization to be successful they have to do their best every day so that problems don't come back and haunt them.

The purpose of this training is to have participants:

  • Recognize playing 'Me and You' is better than 'Me vs. You'
  • Resolve conflicts with other departments
  • Think of the big picture vs. 'silo thinking'
