It's called constructive criticism.

Instead of bitching - what you do instead of doing that - you complain WITH the solution.

Constructive criticism. So, before you unload on someone about a problem, you come up with a

solution and present that at the same time.

It's called a constructive criticism. When it was explained to me in my 20s, I thought, “That's a good idea!” Because I was a complainer. I was REALLY good at being a complainer. And when somebody said, “You complain a lot. Did you ever think about trying to come up with a solution before you complain?” That feedback definitely changed the way I think.

Constructive criticism. Before you complain about something, come up with a solution. Keep it all positive, and soon you’ll be thought of as a go-to person in a tough situation.

It works. Check it out!
